I am an anxious patient, especially around injections, and required an extraction. The team were extremely accommodating and supportive, with Dentist taking her time, explaining everything and providing me with the support to actually have a completely painless extraction, in amongst her busy schedule. A big shout out to her her husband in reception and the Dental nurse, who has been at the practice for over 20 years, supporting me after the procedure. What a great team!!!

I hadn’t seen a dentist for many years - mostly because of unpleasant experiences in the past. Despite my misgivings, as soon as I sat in the chair I felt at ease. The treatment I needed - fillings and a difficult extraction - was carried out very professionally and was, to my great relief, pain-free. Everyone involved, the receptionist, the dentist and her nurse, left me with a single thought: this is how it is supposed to be.
