Our treatment from reception to front line staff has always been managed with care and sensitivity, we are indeed fortunate to have as our dentist the Church Green Practice with all the wonderful staff, whose level of expertise is second to none.

I have been coming to this surgery since 1976 and had no reason to complain. Recent falling out fillings, bridges, etc have all been dealt with speedily and efficiently. Getting through to reception though is a bit more difficult.

When I booked the appointment I told the receptionist that I had a broken tooth that would need filling. On meeting the dentist, there was no record of the reason for the appointment. The tooth was checked and it needed filling but there was no time available for it to be done! I had to make another appointment for a month ahead. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. The appointment involved a 180 mile round trip and seven wasted hours, not to mention £45 worth of diesel and a £23 charge from the practice. And I am faced with doing the same trip again in December. The fact that the receptionist didn't record the reason and didn't allow sufficient time is wholly unacceptable and I hope that you will urgently review the way telephone calls are triaged and recorded. I was stuck with a tooth that was crowned and had become infected I was offered an appointment to see the dentist and it was decided that it was indeed a infected tooth and was causing me a lot of pain the dentist was very professional and said I will remove it to-day this turned out to be 2 teeth close together and the extraction was performed excellently I first went to church green dental practise in 1970 when a Irish chap was running it on his own as I lived just across the green in a rented accommodation having served 18 years in the r.a.f

The pavement reception was managed in a polite, friendly and efficient manner. The treatment by my dentist was excellent, friendly and professional. The checkout was also of the same nature.
