I think the dental hygienist is very nice and good but how can you justify the cost. I think it was about £68 for 18-20 minutes. £204 an hour!!! Is an assistant really required..i don't think so. At that cost I won't be returning sorry. It's more expensive than seeing a private doctor and dentist who have trained for years and spent years at medical/ dental school.

The reception staff were friendly and professional and the hygienist and dentist were very thorough, efficient and approachable.

The chipping manor team are always very helpful and polite when you speak on the phone and in person. The dental expertise is always brilliant. Really appreciate everything they do.

As a person who is nervous about going to the dentists, I cant praise this lady enough. She is the most empathetic hygienist I’ve ever had and does her very best to recognise when I need her to stop. She never seems hurried, so that reassures me. My gums are also in the best state they’ve been for a long time. So what she does works too! Very happy

The kind welcoming staff , very polite and helpful very careing nature and reassuring me throughout the procedure what was happening and making sure i was comfortable an overall great exsperiance from the appointment being made to the end of my appointment incredible staff thank you all

Actual treatment has always been really good. Only downside has been postponements and knowing what is happening with the dentists leaving.

Very on time/ in fact ten minutes ahead of time. Very efficient dentist.but too rushed and felt she hadn’t even glanced at x rays to check ok and scaled my teeth so fast& severely am still in agony. It was brutal. V Polite & competent receptionist man.
