Very prompt and thorough exam - I felt I was looked after very well. I wasn’t impressed with having to wait on the doorstep in the freezing cold with other quite elderly patients as the door was locked until 2.00 - surely it wouldn’t hurt to let people wait inside in the warm.

When I arrived for my appointment the receptionist told me to wait in the waiting room and after 10 minutes past my appointment time I enquired with reception. I was told by a different receptionist to go up stairs and wait outside room number five, apparently this is what I should have been told when I first arrived, having never had to do this on previous occasions! I feel there was a lack of communication.

Dentist taking time to discuss my current situation, review my progress and further treatment plan. Giving me a variety of options and explain everything really well. Thorough examination and treatment, always made sure I was coping with the discomfort.

As usual my visit was conducted thoroughly with care and understanding. The appropriate findings and explanation of the results of my examination were given in a very comprehensive way. All making a pleasant experience of a sometimes daunting necessity.

Although I arrived at least 5 minutes before my appointment time I had to wait outside until the staff came back from lunch and then was asked to go to the waiting room without being booked in. After 10 minutes I decided somebody should’ve come to me by then and I went back to reception which resulted in my booking in but only after an unnecessary delay .

On arrival very scared of what to expect but the dentist and assistant were first class. After nearly 80 mins in the chair I still felt that the team were both so caring and very professional. Thank you so much for taking care of me.
