The ladies on reception are always lovely and very helpful. I didn't have to wait long to be called and again the dentist and the nurse (is that the right term?) were really friendly and informative. They gave me all of the information and suggestions regarding procedure and didn't make me feel bad about insisting on sedation. If it wasn't for the fact that I hate going to the dentist, it would be a fabulous experience !

Me & my daughter changed to this dentist a year ago from another local dentist. I cannot fault it on the 3 occasions we’ve been (checkups). Reception team are probably the friendliest around, and although I have seen 3 different dentists on all 3 occasions they were really nice and so were their dental nurses. No complaints so far.

The dentist took his time to explain in more detail what my options are. He made me feel less anxious and scared and explained fully what i should do next.

The whole experience was calm and informative from reception to the dentist chair I struggle with dentist s but was put at ease with how chatty they were and had time to explain what they were doing .

This Dentist man & assistant made me feel relaxed & I surprised myself how I didn’t end up turning into a big child upset..
