Good service only compromised by 15 minute late start (hygienist walked in after 9) and the equipment didn’t work to begin with.

I came in on Tuesday 2nd January, and you were able to give me an emergency appointment for this morning, Thursday 4th January. After a thorough checkup, I was given a prescription for antibiotics and good advice regarding a salt mouthwash and regular cleaning with a special brush. Very happy with my prompt treatment.

Feeling “individually” treated rather than just another patient. The treatment (hygienist) was delivered carefully and with explanations along the way. Very pleased.

The fact that nobody answered the phone for practically the whole day! I finally managed to contact somebody at the end of the day by email and they sorted the issue.

Very calm and professional dentist. Secretary on entry was pleasant and friendly. Work done was much less painful than expected.

Had my check up today. Was told u couldn't book my next one unless I went private and paid at least12£ a month for a private plan. No I'm an NHS patient there. Refused to book me for an NHS check up. Worst is I went back at 12.15 to speak to the manager and the gates were closed saying closed between 12.30 and 1.30. Yet it was closed early. I'm so disappointed and angry at this practise.

Friendly and helpful staff Environment looked nice and was clean I had this appointment as an emergency! The staff were very friendly and helped ease a lot of my nerves. The problem was examined and good advice was given.
