Staff great, on time very clean and the dentist was amazing very clear and informative. Over all in was a pleasure, which is not always said about a visit to the dentist.

I was dealt with speedily for the fitting of a denture and I was treated in a friendly manner at all times.

I switched to Charnwood Dental since they were taking on new NHS patients. I am so pleased to say they are so friendly and helpful. Waiting times are short. Staff is helpful. Very pleased to of made the switch over to them.

Me and my wife visited Charnwood dental Shepshed yesterday 12/6/2025 we was very pleased with our experience as we always are the staff and dentists are very polite and professional and put your welfare first would highly recommend this practice thank you all at Charnwood dental

Rang this morning and got an emergency appt. Had a tooth extracted. The whole process carried out efficiently and with care as always.

The dentist had to remove a badly broken tooth which could have had complications involving surgery .She removed it brilliantly without any complications explaining what was happening at each stage to keep the patient relaxed. A very professional and friendly process.

I am a very nervous patient and I had my treatment with the utmost care and felt very happy with the service. The dentist was extremely efficient and skilled and my treatment was conducted with professional ism

Lovely practice, staff are polite & friendly, explained my treatment & any ongoing treatment to me, put me at ease as not been to the dentist in a while like many others but I was not shamed or made to feel bad about my teeth & dental hygiene. Highly recommend.
