Only a simple checkup, but super slick. Easy access, plenty of nearby parking. Reception process well managed, with simple questionnaire (via a tablet) to update medical history. Hardly had that done when I was called into the exam room. Very friendly dentist and assistant - easy going but got the business done. In no time, we were finished. Reception sorted out a forward appointment and the visit was over. By the time I was home, I had an email confirming the next appointment. Difficult to see how the exercise could have been improved.

The staff are friendly and polite and answer any queries I have, the dentist was very good and told me what they was going to do and talked me through everything they was doing and gave me advice on what I needed to do to look after my teeth

Shepshed Dental practice are a good local practice- offering a good service in terms of care and hygiene. provide reminders and regular check ups and advice. My visit today was quick ,efficient and well executed.

My experience was very good, friendly staff everything explained what was going to be done by the dentist and what they was doing , gave me advice on what I needed to to do keep my teeth in good condition.

I had toothache which hindered eating. I phoned not expecting to get an appointment for a few days, but they got me in the next morning and arranged further treatment to solve my issue. All staff very helpful

No waiting time to see receptionist, only a few minutes to see the dentist. Everything clean and tidy.

The best decision changing to practice we made. All the dental staff are very helpful and understanding, can’t praise them enough. I have been today for pre crown work a pain free experience

I lost part of a filling at the weekend.Phoned Monday and appointment given to suit myself within two days.Options on treatment clearly given by Dentist and fix carried out immediately.Could not be better.

As always welcomed with a smile and knowing who I was by efficient and friendly receptionist. Had an appointment with hygienist who with her assistant made me so at ease.
