I switched to Charnwood Dental since they were taking on new NHS patients. I am so pleased to say they are so friendly and helpful. Waiting times are short. Staff is helpful. Very pleased to of made the switch over to them.

Me and my wife visited Charnwood dental Shepshed yesterday 12/6/2025 we was very pleased with our experience as we always are the staff and dentists are very polite and professional and put your welfare first would highly recommend this practice thank you all at Charnwood dental

The dentist had to remove a badly broken tooth which could have had complications involving surgery .She removed it brilliantly without any complications explaining what was happening at each stage to keep the patient relaxed. A very professional and friendly process.

Lovely practice, staff are polite & friendly, explained my treatment & any ongoing treatment to me, put me at ease as not been to the dentist in a while like many others but I was not shamed or made to feel bad about my teeth & dental hygiene. Highly recommend.

Efficient and friendly team, clean and tidy practice, waiting time minimal, dentist friendly and explained what he was doing, gave me options for my treatment, would say I'm looking forward to returning but I don't think anyone looks forward to seeing the dentist 😂

From booking to payment the whole experience was excellent. All the staff were great and the Dental hygienist particularly skilled and friendly.

I attended the practice this afternoon for part of the procedure I’m having…the fitting of a bridge. I was very happy with the treatment I received from the dental surgeon and his assistant.
