Its the individual care from reception to the Dentist Hygienist. They don't make you feel like just a number

Found me an emergency appointment. Very helpful and pleasant. Dentist very understanding as always and explained the options and advised the cheapest option. As always very helpful and informative as well as caring and friendly. Thank you.

Lovely dentist, explained everything thoroughly and I felt valued and well taken care of. I would have given 5 stars but water is no longer provided to rinse at the end of the check up, and after a scale treatment it leaves a very unpleasant after taste in the mouth.

Apologies that you were not given any mouthwash at your check up your appointment, we no longer routinely offer mouthwash at checkup appointments as we only use water when we clean but if you would like a mouth rinse at your next appointment please ask us and we will be happy to provide one. Very professional dental surgery they fitted me in at very short notice and I cannot fault the service received , from the very helpful receptionist to the dentist who in my opinion has a nervous patient , was excellent , Thankyou
