The practice from stsrt to finish was professional and caring .they made mevfeel at ease and told me what was happening at all.to times..did not rush me at all

I was seen on time and everybody was friendly and polite. The examination was thorough and I was given advice and suggestions. The timescale seemed perfect and I would recommend this practice to anyone. I cannot think of anything I would want to change at the moment to improve the service.

Having not visited a dentist for several years I was very impressed with how quickly, efficient and caring this practice is. Especially as I was treated on the NHS

I had an examination, an extraction and a filling. All three were done on the time given. I felt no pain and all procedures were explained in detail. The practice was extremely clean and the reception staff very knowledgeable and polite.

Booking the appointment was a breeze,the helpful receptionist catered for my unavailability during working hours to give me a which suited me perfectly, in a time frame i was extremely pleased with,all with courtesy and a smile! Upon appointment i waited no more than five minutes until i was greeted (again with a smile)and led to my appointment room,the dentist was warm and welcoming, such an informal chat about how i was,and how my teeth had been lately,including a review of past treatment. The oral treatment i recieved was professionally administered,and no discomfort was felt throughout,again in a very timely manner. On departure another informal chat made the whole experience rather warming. I booked another appointment with the courteous,smiling receptionist for 6 months time,where upon i will again receive a reminder(by email) a day or so before. Altogether a magnificent service from start to finish. Thank you!!!

I have been fortunate to attend my dental practice for a long time, they continue to provide a courteous professional service with a smile. This was an appointment for a dental check and hygeine treatment, you may be assured that they take care of the client. Thank you.
