I finally got my root canal treatment done in the Smile Studio, while I was not able to get it done in other surgeries. I have also got a crown on the tooth fixed. All problems were treated very professionally and the process was hassle-free. All procedures were clarified before treatment began so as to reduce patient's anxiety. Both the dentist and the nurse were kind, gentle and caring. Felt respected as a patient.

Excellent attentive care for myself and my children over many years. My dentist has a kind and understanding manner and also incredible expertise in tacking some challenging dental issues

They dropped me off their NHS list without any letters or warning. I phone up for my usual check up and was told then and suggested I went private, Like I could afford to.

A clear price list should be provided to the patients at the reception. No breakdown details in the payment receipt.

I have been attending this practice for 27 years and have always found the dentists, hygienists, nurses and reception staff to be very professional, competent and friendly.

I was slow to respond to a check-up reminder, because at the time that it was sent, I was still very concerned about the potential risk of COVID infection from attending. When I did try to book in, I was told I had been removed from their NHS patient list for non-attendance. They would not accept my explanation for the delay. They also told me their NHS waiting list is closed so I could not re-register with them.
