I had experienced an increased pain and swelling in my upper right gum. I was concerned that the deterioration was as the weekend was approaching. The receptionist asked a series of questions to ascertain, the need and speed of seeing the dentist. I was given an appointment the same day. The dentist x-rayed the area and cleaned the plaque in that area. I was also advised how to use a mouthwash and how mouthwash can result in discolouration of my teeth. I felt that the attention I received resulted in my confidence with the dental practice to be both heightened and valued.

Needed to be seen urgently with a tooth problem causing my gum and face to swell. I had missed the emergency appointments for that day but the brilliant receptionist asked my registered dentist if he could see me. I was seen at the end of the day for an extraction. A brilliant service from all concerned. Thank you from an NHS patient. I could not have received a better service if I was having to pay privately. A wonderful service to an NHS patient.

My daughter attended the practice both to see the orthodontist and the hygienist and on both occasions all staff were kind, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this practice.
