A warm welcome from the team on arrival. The hygienist was new to me and took time to check I was ok regularly throughout my treatment. She was very thorough whilst being attentive to my sensitivity! An excellent hygienist

Friendly staff on the desk, being very helpful. My hygiene was really good. Having my teeth cleaning in a manner which was painless. I was talked through about what work was going to be done, to clean up my teeth.

I didn’t enjoy the experience to be honest. Admittedly I don’t have a good tolerance to having my teeth cleaned but I felt very stressed after this appointment unlike previous . I like the surgery everyone is friendly . Especially the receptionist.

Everyone is always so friendly. I used to dread going to the dentist but since joining Bury House, I feel so comfortable and at ease.

I was phoned to say I was late for my 14:00 appointment even though my appointment confirmation text had stated 14:45. When questioned, it appears that my appointment time had been changed without me being notified!

The courtesy shown by both staff in a friendly and relaxing manner helped to comfort me and put me at ease! All delivered with good manners and a smile ?

Waiting time alittle longer than normal, appointments itself fine, dentist lovely as always, however after I left I received a call to say my daughter hadn't paid. I explained that she's on universal credits and doesn't pay, she said she will speak to the dentist. I get another call to say as shes now 19 she needs to pay - I then had to explain again that shes on universal credits and doesnt pay to which she hung up.

Friendly greeting from receptionist and dentist.Prompt fast and efficient service and dentist explained what needed to be done and explained why.Excellent all round service.
