After not going to the dentist for over 10 years I made the leap to register and book with this practice. I’m so pleased I did, they were extremely caring right from making the appointment, greeting me on arrival and even the nurses. I’ve since seen them for an emergency appointment and they were great then too, even though they were pushed for time I never felt rushed. Would recommend to anyone local to register and visit the practice.

They provide a speedy service, no waiting about getting anxious. The friendly front desk staff were very reassuring for a nervous patient, as was the experience in the chair. Highly recommended.

Just had a tooth out at Burnham Dental Practice. Very relaxed and calm atmosphere, to say I was apprehensive beforehand would be an understatement - but I was worrying about nothing! Thanks for your help :)

My autistic nephew recently attended his dental appointment at this practice. After explaining he doesn’t cope well with waiting rooms or waiting in general the reception team done all they could to accommodate that and got him in right on time so he just went straight into the surgery. The dentist and nurse were great with him, patient and understanding of his sensory needs. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone with SEN children

All the staff from reception, nurses and dentists are all friendly and welcoming making you feel at ease throughout the appointment. I was recommended this practise over the one I was using previously and I am glad to have moved to this one. I would definitely recommend to others

The staff were very helpful upon arrival and I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen. The service was excellent and very professional. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

I am a very nervous patient. I found the dental nurses very kind, informative, compassionate to my needs and caring. From the time I walked in to my leaving my appointment I felt my treatment was very good.

I wish to praise this dental practice for the care and patience they had shown me as a very nervous client…I went in as a coward and Left feeling so assured and confident for my next visit..I was given very gentle and assuring treatment from the team..I will not be such a coward on my next visit.

My tooth broke and took most of the filling with it. The tooth itself was sensitive but bearable, unfortunately due to my fibromyalgia the tooth breaking sent my jaw, neck and shoulder into a flare up. This was incredibly painful, usual painkillers were not relieving the pain. I called the practice and explained this and I was fitted in straight away, temporary filling was put in, advice on what to do for the next few days and what my options were regarding the tooth once my fibromyalgia and sensitivity of the tooth had calmed down. Everyone there was compassionate, understanding and worked very quickly to help me get back to some kind of normality. They also assured me they were only a phone call away and I could return quickly if needed. Outstanding service and I’m very grateful for our NHS.
