My dentist/ dental nurse at this practise are amazing, my son had some work today and he was so calm and relaxed while laying in the chair. Constantly checked if he was ok and explained to us what was happening. Would never use another dentist his experience always makes me feel I’m getting the best dental care.

I was given an emergency appointment after losing a filling on holiday & as always at this surgery I was treated with care & kindness by my long term dentist & his nurse, they are a great team together & always make me feel at ease in the chair.

The team at Bupa Witham are extremely welcoming, kind and caring. They go above and beyond for their patients. I cannot fault the practice at all, everyone from the reception staff, to the dental nurses to the dentists are amazing.

My appointment took place on time,I was greeted in a friendly and relaxing fashion. I had been referred by my dentist for a difficult extraction which was achieved in efficient and painless fashion.

I needed an emergency tooth extraction and was referred to this dentist. As soon as i arrived (early), checked in, popped to the loo, and as soon as i come out i was called (5 mins before my appointment). I was asked to do an Xray and was talked through every step of the process. I was then taken to the conultation room, waited like 1min, and was called in by the lovely assistant. She was excellent, introduced me to the dentist/surgeon. He too was excellent, he explained the Xray and gave me two choices with full explanation. He then asked what I wanted. I decided and was gently guided through sitting down, the anaesthetic, and procedure, and also show my tooth when it was done. The dentist explained what had happened to my tooth and made me feel completely in control of the experience. The assistant then gave me a little aftercare pack and explained that fully too. I left 15 minutes after arrival, a very swift and great experience. The reception staff were friendly and excellent and everyone made me feel welcome. I even got a call the next day to see how I was getting on and if everything was okay. Just a perfect experience from start to end. They even said to call them if i experience further issues. Thank you team for making a potentially dreadful experience into a really pleasant and pain-free one. Thank you!

The new staff on reception at Witham are extremely helpful and polite, I have found, in the past, the previous staff on reception, have been less than helpful at times, the entire atmosphere has changed making visiting the dentist a nicer experience. My dentist has treated me for many years and having had tongue cancer my dentist is extremely willing to see me at any time to put my mind at rest, he will also request the advice of another dentist in the surgery at the time of my visit for his opinion if I am concerned, therefore putting me totally at ease. The nurse that works with my dentist is exceptional, always putting me at ease, friendly and constantly pleasant and soothing. When I have needed further treatment on my tongue my dentist has contacted the hospital for me for a further referral. In all 'Amazing Treatment'

My appointment card said 14:35. Arrived in plenty of time at 14:25. The computer said that my appointment was at 15:00. Was seen at 15:15. Nobody cared. Not satisfied with the service.

Visited today for treatment and was welcomed by lovely receptionist as I have had problems seeing my usual dentist for some reason they I always got the same response and they wanted me to see another. Treatment was done happy patient Thank you Patricia S .

I want to start by thanking the wonderful dentist and nurse who performed my wisdom tooth extraction on Tuesday afternoon (24/5/22). I was in and out within 20mins and the procedure, which was over in a matter of minutes, was all explained to me and I felt at ease and very happy with my care. Since the tooth was taken out I have had barely any pain, which I wasn't expecting and I'm thrilled with the amazing job they did. Thank you again!
