    Not impressed with the quality of customer care The dentist I had was not listening to me I told her that at times I have issues with breathing as I have renitis. Didn't care about that just open your mouth did a quick look at my teeth and then X Rayed my teeth. Then told me that one had to come out. Did not explain or show why. Then referred me to another dentist practice to pull it out. She was rude to me and basically not fit to treat patients this way. If it is the practice of sending people to another practice for dental surgery then that no longer is a dentist it's a factory. Wilsden Buper the customer service dentist wise is poor. I'm quite angry at the way I have tbeen reated The likelihood of using that dentist again has been destroyed after many years So I leave this as a complaint the dentist needs to learn that the customer comes first I have been with this dentist for many years and it has changed as a commercial enterprise and not a lover clearly of the NHS

    I’ve been a patient at this practice for over 10 years. Over the last 10 years they have cancelled multiple appointments at very short notice. Not just 1 or 2 but a significant number. They called and cancelled an appointment for my wife and when she asked to rebook they told her nothing was available and she has never been back. Apparently its up to her to rebook. I have never once been upset about this or complained. In those 10 years I have very rarely cancelled or missed an appointment. Last week I had to call and cancel an appointment at short notice, as Glovershaw Lane was closed (on Baildon moor), as a result I rearranged my appointment for a couple of days later. I acknowledge that I completely forgot about the rearranged appointment and when the receptionist told me, when i called, that there would be a fine then I was fine with this. I rearranged the appointment for Monday the 5th December. Unfortunately my daughter was off school and poorly that morning and so I had to call to rearrange. Again, i had, to a certain extent, no problem with a further fine. The receptionist checked with her manager/team leader and called me back and said that i wouldn’t be allowed back into the practice unless i paid the fine in advance as I was a multiple offender and, essentially, not to be trusted. Not to be trusted… I’m a private patient who has literally spent £1000s in this practice over the last 10 years and until this calamity of events had been pretty reliable. Unfortunately I’d hit the magic “doa’d on 3 occasions” and have been blacklisted. Blacklisted by a practice that has cancelled a hell of a lot more appointments than I have over the last 10 years.
