I regret that my review is not very complimentary. I write on behalf of my wife as she is not very computer confident; Some weeks ago, my wife lost a front tooth, not sure the proper name for it, but was called a crown in France where it was installed about 7 years ago. Your dentist replace it as a temporary fix and stated it that will probably come out again and made an appointment for a review and extraction at a later date. The tooth did come out and we informed you of this and also told the hygienist at her appointment. We kept the appointment for the extraction, having no idea if there was anything to extract or not. We were surprised that your dentist was rather upset at the fact that we kept the extraction appointment when we had said the tooth had come out. As I have said, we had no idea if there was anything to extract and were very surprised that the appointment had been shortened to a consultation and therefore, not enough time for the extraction, although there obviously was something there still to extract; All very confusing as she now has another appointment for an extraction, which must always have been the case, even though we informed you that the tooth had come out. Look forward to some explanation in this matter;
