Impacted canines in my nearly 15yr old. Was only referred to Orthodontics at the age of 13. Told the canines would drop down not sure how when growing horizontally. Been told 3yrs waiting time absolutely disgusting care by certain dentists at this place very poor care

Have been using this practice for over 6 years now, never had a bad experience even through some more complicated proceedures.

Booked an appointment for my 3 year old daughter in June this year. The earliest they could see her was October. On the day of the appointment we get a text saying the appointment is cancelled and someone would contact us the next day to rearrange. When it became clear that no one was calling to reschedule we phoned ourselves and booked another appointment in 2 weeks time. We received a text confirming her appointment. On arrival we’re told despite the text that there is no appointment for her and there never was as the dentist finished half an hour ago! There is no one in to look at my daughter’s teeth. Is it any wonder children’s teeth are in the state they are with dentist’s attitudes towards check ups these days?! If it’s not private work racking up huge bills they’re not interested. Will be moving dentists.
