    After cancelling my appointment and telling me to call to rebook it, they then had the audacity of offer me a new appointment 7 months later. Absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. They are trying to force people to go private.

There is currently a recognised nationwide shortage of dentists across the UK which is causing delays or difficulty in booking appointments.     Horrendous customer service, Had a tooth removed still in pain so called reception was told As the dentist that carried out the work only works Wednesday and Thursday would have to stay in pain until then or pay to see another dentist at the centre. I explained that I paid Bupa Dental Care not the dentist so why would I have to pay again! But was told that's the way it is. It seems that its so hard to get a dentist that they think they can get away with it! Wish I had asked the obvious question now does your dentist work everyday!

    The checking in process for your appointment is a joke. The old electronic sign in is no longer an option, you have to stand in front of three receptionists who are pre-occupied with other tasks & consequently block general access on the ground floor. The seating area is inadequate, very cosy, no room between the small amount of chairs. The former conservatory waiting area had copious amounts of room, this is now out of bounds and has been converted into a staff room. Is this a deliberate ploy to discourage business? If it is, then the plan is working. Sort it out for goodness sake! The place has gone down hill & fast!

    I was so nervous about my treatment but was put at ease by the dentist...again. She gives excellent advice and treatment. Would recommend this dentist. Thank you.
