Always made welcome by dentist and assistant.very professional dentist and assistant.have no problems visiting my dentist while most people hate it thinking about the. Pain.

All staff are professional and helpful they always manage to help you stay relaxed . They instill confidence. Very pleasant group of people . The hygienist and assistant treating me are wonderful. Practice is spotlessly clean .

I was really frightened but from arriving the reception were lovely and my hygienist and assistant made me feel calm and relaxed explained everything to me about the procedure and after care. The two ladies I couldn't ask for better thank you so much one very happy customer

Lovely service from booking in at reception through to excellent treatment from the Dentist and Nurse where nothing was to much trouble and done in a relaxed and caring atmosphere

Excellent practice. Reception staff always very pleasant and efficient. I've seen a few dentists in the years I've attended the practice. They've all been excellent. Really looked after me and kept my teeth and gums in top condition. Many thanks to you all .

I had an appointment at Bupa Dental Care Coulby Newham earlier today, and found the staff there very welcoming. I had to have some challenging root canal work which I wasn't looking forward to! However, the dentist was both thorough and meticulous, explained what he was doing all the time, and was very encouraging, even though he was doing all the hard work! He was also very clear with after care advice. The dental nurse was very kind and helpful as well, so thank you all for my successful treatment! It was much appreciated.
