Having been to the doctors with painful mouth advised to see dentist rang dentist at 10.15 and offered a appointment at 14.00 seen and x-rayed and all sorted well done all staff and my dentist for explaining the problem to me

I had to have a root canal procedure which I was dreading, due to past experiences. I needn’t have worried. In two visits, both painless, it was carried out with professionalism and good humour.

Wow what an amazing place for NHS patients to visit as soon as you walk through the door you are warmly welcomed by fantastic reception staff wich is a rare thing these days they are so polite and very welcoming but remain professional so a big thank you for the professional service I'm called into the dentist room I'm taken by a lovley assistent who treats me with respect despite I'm not. Private but a mere NHS patient the dentist is lovely as well he explains what he's doing and give me a thorough examination checking all. My teeth and explaining why he needs to do what he's doing he finds the reason for the pain I have, he asks me there and then if I would like a large filling or he can remove it as its a back tooth it won't ruin my lovley smile a little joke goes a long way while he's finishing up and I'm spitting the pink stuff I say I think I'd like it removed he gives me a slip of paper and asks me to hand it to reception again I go back and am dealt with professionally I pay a very small fee and asked if I can come back in the next few weeks to have it removed I'm also offered advice on how to manage the pain before it can be removed all in all a wonderful experience seldom found in dentist practices theese days so thankyou very much for your brilliant service and professional service and not. Making me feel second class because I can't afford private dentistry you always make me and my husband feel like we are somebodys worth it, so see you again in six month for our check up o I almost forgot I went back had it removed didn't feel any pain on removal and again treated with so much respect and care I would deffently recommend this practise to any new nhs patients as its seldom to be treated this way in previous dental practices I've been two, this was 5 star treatment carried out and we are very grateful all my husband can say is thank god for theese caring people and for clearly having care for everyone not just private patients we are all treated the same thankyou
