   I have been coming to this practice for a few years. But I'd just like to say that on every visit I have been the receptionist staff (except a kind lady with a bandana and spectacles- sorry for not using the correct word) do not seem very friendly and very stand-offish. The dental techs and dentists themselves are all very friendly but the receptionist admin team may need to work on being more friendly. I came in with my baby and I felt very uncomfortable around the staff who didn't seem very warm towards a crying baby again except the lady with a bandana and spectacles who was very kind. You are the first point of call for patients and on a few visits, and a warm welcome would always be nice. Thank you.

   They were very good, very professional and it was painless and when the local wore off still painless. Cannot fault them. Brilliant service
