My first appointment at this practice was for an emergency, they were polite, efficient and managed to fit me in at short notice. The Dentist was very competent, explained the issue very well and spent a little time to reassure of potential options going forward. My tooth still hurts so I’m going back in very soon, I have no doubt that my treatment will be expedient and problem free. Thank you!

This was my 1st visit and as with any new experience l was a little apprehensive. Found the nurse extremely pleasant as were the reception staff. The dentist was extremely thorough gentle in the mouth and explained the minor treatment l required, he offered to carry it out at this appointment or monitor the situation. I opted to have the treatment today which was carried out in a friendly informative and gentle manor, providing me with a mirror pre and post treatment. I can not fault my experience and would highly recommend this practice Thank you all at Bullring Dental Practice

I made an emergency appt with a dentist other than my normal dentist. He did not introduce himself, he was quite physically rough when performing the procedure and he gave very quick verbal post-care information - I’m sure a leaflet could have been provided. Generally very impressed with my own dentist at this practice but not this one at all. If I could contact the practice manager, I would, but there are no details online.
