Just had an excellent scale and polish and general check up. Very good all round service. Friendly and efficient staff. Practice vastly improved from several years ago.

My son's appointment was at 4.00 pm but they had a situation with another patient, so the hygienist's apologized and said they will be ready in 10 minutes. At 4.25 pm we were still waiting which I wanted to find out what's taking this long and the reception replied in a rude way" Okaaay i will find out" . She didn't even tell me what she was told by the hygienist when she returned to her seat until the assistant called us in. At the end of the appointment we were the only people there , so we went to reception to check about my son's next appointment but the same receptionist ignored me for a while and then without looking at us asked if there was something else. Very unprofessional and disappointing communication manners with patients.

Lost a filling at the weekend, rang up on the Monday, given an appointment on Tues morning. Quick, easy, friendly appointment and filling repaired. Very impressed.

A warm welcome on arrival by the reception staff in a spotlessly clean and warm waiting room. I was seen promptly by the extremely friendly dentist and dental nurse. I was feeling a bit nervous but was very quickly put at ease by the professional attitude of the staff. The work was completed and everything explained to me regarding pain relief and care following the extraction. I realised i had been worried in advance and i need not have been due to the care received and i would not hesitate to recommend Brundall Dental Practice. Thank you

I chipped a front tooth at lunchtime and 3 hours later it was beautifully repaired. Lovely friendly staff. Well done.
