Had a problem with a denture which needed fixing its was back with 2 days. They kept updated with delivery times etc. I can't thank them enough for helping etc

I'm classed as 'elderly' now & unfortunately had a few bad experiences as a child when dentistry wasn't as advanced as it is today hence dental visits are not my favourite thing on my calender! However, have no fear ...everyone at Brownley Green Practice is really friendly, professional, patient and kind. Any issues and procedures are clearly expained plus any treatment needed is carried out in a caring highly professional manner. I've also been given valuable advice on oral care at home. For these reasons I cannot praise the practice highly enough - thankyou to everyone

used this practice for many years and have always recieved the best treatment ever,always put you at ease and are very aproachable both the dentist and all the staff.pain free always.can,t recomend them enough

Part of a filling had come out. Excellent triage from reception giving me an appropriate and convenient appointment. 124 mile drive there and back (moved home just before the first covid lockdown and unable to get a local dentist) Exemplary dentist and dental nurse. I received excellent treatment and was given sensible advice.

I had covid in October 2022 I noticed the practice of this & they literally took me of the list completely due to me missing an appointment because I had covid extremely unfair . It was medical grounds I missed an appointment .

Hello. I’m sorry you feel upset you’ve been removed from the practice. What I can say is we never remove patients for cancelling appointment’s due to illness and we also allow patients to fail to attend 2 appointments before being removed from our list as we see this as fair. Your appointment history must have directed reception staff to adhere to our practice policies which is why you won’t have been offered any future appointments. Please feel free to call the practice to speak to the practice manager should You wish to discuss the matter further.
