Very prompt in responding to my initial email regarding an emergency appointment—reception replied hours before they officially opened, which was a huge help. Thanks to them, I was able to make good headway in securing an appointment. A quick call at 9 a.m. confirmed everything; it was that simple. My dentist is always polite, professional, and tactful. She’s efficient with treatment, helpful with advice, and accompanied by the nurse, who ensures everything runs smoothly. Considering the treatment I needed, they handled it flawlessly—a positive experience, especially for someone who doesn’t enjoy sitting in a dentist’s chair. My dentist's understanding and approach make treatment far easier, and needless to say, etiquette standards are high across the board. I’m glad I switched from my old dentist to Bromley Dental Studio. P.s. NHS Review won't allow me to state the names of the individuals who provided great service. I am grateful nonetheless.
