My dentist was very friendly and helpful. She managed to fit me in quickly as it was an emergency appointment also extracted the painful tooth on the day due to me going away soon. Making a painful time easier.

I had a great experience with the lovely female dentist and her team, she explains everything very clearly and takes time to check you are ok throughout the procedure. Very friendly and reassuring throughout that made the visit positive for me

Visited the Practice today for two fillings, and two weeks ago for an extraction, on both visits the dentist explained my options and prices for me to decide on her recommendation. The treatment I received was very professional and both nurse and dentist very pleasant and caring. I would definitely recommend this surgery if your looking for a caring Practice.

I have used this practice for many years without any problems, but on my last visit there was a new dentist and he insisted on removing a tooth there and then, I was not experiencing any problems with the alleged offending tooth, and I was not expecting to have it removed immediately, I am disabled and have to plan for an event that will cause me extra stress. After I refused the dentist said, I would be barred from the practice for life! there was no 2nd opinion option, or appeal process, I am just barred and now unable to find another dentist. I was shocked, I called the practice later, and apparently, that's right, I am barred for life, with no appeal options, no jury, no consultation, just one, new, young, dentist. I understand that they have an abundance of customers nowadays, but I was a founder customer.

Just moved to the area a couple of months ago, and by chance found Brite Care. Having been with my previous dentist for 8 years, I was a little apprehensive about the change. However, I'm absolutely delighted! The reception is friendly and efficient and the quality of care provided by the dentist and his assistant is superb. In fact, a gum issue that I'd mentioned to my previous dentist (and was dismissed as not a problem) was immediately highlighted and treatment is now underway. Highly recommended.
