The dental professionals, nurses, and reception staff were extremely kind, patient, friendly, proficient and efficient, and helpful in explaining the procedures and treatment plans.

The Moment I sat in the dentist chair I was made very comfortable by the dentist and her assistant. I was made aware of everything that was happening ' they made me feel great.

A professional efficient practice, all the staff appeared nice and dedicated to patients. My root canal treatment was handled with great skill.

This was root canal surgery. Everything was explained simply, the dentist was sympathetic and kind, and very precise in what she was doing. She inspired confidence and calm. And she ensured that there was no pain - which was a pleasant surprise.

As someone who has a huge fear of the dentist, I do my absolutely best to avoid going. However, noticing some recent problems with my gums, I knew I couldn't put it off any longer. Reading other reviews about Brigstock, I saw that several comments about how patient and understanding their team are and how they're particularly good with nervous patients like myself. Safe to say, I found this to also be the case. Whilst initially dreading my appointment, the dentist I saw was calm, patient and made me feel at complete and utter ease the entire time. So much so that when I had to return the following week for a clean, the fear I had before had almost completely gone. I would really recommend this place to anyone who also hates visiting the dentist as the team really are amazing and go above and beyond to provide a first class service.

Friendly and very understanding towards nervous patients. Talked through all treatment needed. Took their time. Would recommend to family and friends.

I was very apprehensive in fact terrified at the prospect of the treatment I was about to have as I knew it was going to hurt. I explained my fears and the hygienist found another way that was much more bearable.

I had to get root canal procedure and it was completely painless. Usually I stress about the dental procedures but I was completely relaxed and at ease. It wasn't just the surgeon but the clinic itself was clean (no paint peeling or discoloured flooring), inviting and the receptionists were all pleasant. I might just have to move to this clinic.

I had to have an implant after one of my teeth had splintered. The result is great, and the new tooth feels comfortable, as though it has been there for years. It also looks great. I'm very happy. Thank you!
