I recently attended Brightsmile Epsom for a filling. The work was expertly done with great care and attention. Reception staff and the nursing assistant were also very helpful. I have had other work done here in the past (root canal, implant) and would recommend this practice.

Check and clean just took less than ten minutes. only cleaned a few of my lower teeth not all. Action was very rough and made me terrible pain and bleed. Not recommend.

I was lied to from the staff as my tooth is broken and I need to fix it. I booked an appointment and I was told it will be fixed. Also I was lied about dentist to contact me. None of those things happened as the receptionict said the tooth will not be fixed so I would have to pay 2 times because they can't fix my broken tooth? Also dentist never called as I was promised. What kind of service is this?

I am a registered patient at the practice but recently had to access emergency care for the first time ever, due to very painful toothache. I was able to get an emergency appointment less than 2 hours after I phoned, and although not with my regular dentist the dentist I saw went out of their way to treat me and relieve my symptoms, including moving around other appointments in their diary. Highly recommend this practice. Thanks to the whole team.
