This practice is consistently referred to by the nhs hotline, however they do not accept Nhs Patients and tell Nhs emergency patients that they will not be seen unless they would like to be seen privately; despite it being an Emergency ; when asked if they can refer someone else; the receptionist reply was call around !! Unacceptable

Called up to book my disabled daughter an appointment apparently she'd failed to attend 2 appointments. But had an appointment after the failed attends the receptionist was claiming. Bearing in mind I was not informed of these appointments! So I reject these claims! Was placed on hold for 20 mins, the phone hung up, so called back, another receptionist answered and was rude from the get go. Explained again my child was disabled and needed an accessible dentist. She shut me down immediately and said my child is not registered there anymore! I asked to speak to someone else and she hung up on me. Disgusting service
