    After paying £104 last October 2021 for a clean for myself and my wife as we arrived back from 5 years in Cyprus in July 2020 and were unable to get a NHS dentist. We made an appointment and the receptionist gave us an appointment card filled in by her for another appointment at 14:30 and 15:00 on 7th April 2022. We turned up 5 minutes early to be told we were not booked in we had walked for 30 minutes to get there in high winds my wife is 73 and were told no appointment was in the book for us. The receptionist told us that she recognised the writing on the card but they had not entered it in the book so no appointment. Not happy whatsoever total inefficiency if we had not turned up and were in the book we would have been expected to pay regardless yet the dentist makes a mistake and no redress offered.
