   Daughter arrived 2 mins late for an appointment despite giving what she thought to be plenty of time for possible traffic hold-ups. Exceptionally rude manner from receptionist is a result - I wonder if the patient had been older or a private patient would she have spoken down to them in the same way? I very much doubt it. A shame that in today’s society people still have to be spoken down to to make themselves feel more important. Shame on you.
