We have been extremely disappointed with this practice since the new owners took it over. Appointments are cancelled regularly and then re-booked to be cancelled again. My daughter arrived at the practice to be told she had been booked in with the wrong dentist and couldn't be seen and then this appointment was re-booked and when she arrived she was told the appointment was at a different time??

Spent most of the day in a queue trying to get through (well I was ‘next in the queue’ ) but never got through to speak to anyone. Very poor!

I have been registered with this practice for 2 years and in all this time I have received fantastic service both from my dentist and also my hygienist. Recently I have had complex work done involving 2 x 40 minute and 1 x 20 minute appointments. During the whole process I have not been in any pain. I can't thank my dentist and his staff enough for the care and professionalism they have shown me. I am so grateful I am registered with this practice.

This dentist does not health one bit I’ve had a mouth ulcer for months and they have no answers. The manager is extremely rude how’s he’s got that title is beyond me

I have been on hold and next in line trying to contact this dentist for more than 1 hour twice today. Not sure how you are supposed to contact them other than walking in to the practice. They might as well switch off the phone, that way people wouldn't waste hours waiting for them to answer the phone.

The receptionist was excellent and the dentist explained everything clearly and put me at my ease. I am autistic and dentists are very difficult part of my life but this dentist was excellent.
