   Took my wife to her appointment and arrived early. Receptionist was sat on the phone for a very long time, not talking to anyone at all. When she came off the phone, she booked in the lady infront of my wife but then spent another good chunk of time hunting down a clipboard and trying to get her pencil out from behind the computer. She then started booking a revisit for another patient. Finally she approached my wife to book her in and instead says "Sorry you're 10 minutes late, you'll have rebook" With a stinking attitude and with absolutely zero care. My wife explained that she's been sat in the waiting room for alot longer than 10 minutes and that it's taken 2 months to get this appointment for her crumbling tooth. Receptionist didn't care, demanded she rebook despite it being the Receptionists fault that my wife was now "late" for her appointment. My wife cried in the car on the way home back to newquay. To say I'm disgusted is an understatement
