Turned up for a check up that I had a reminder text for 2 days prior. Paid the fee and was told to take a seat. 15 minutes later was called over to the reception desk to be told my dentist has left and I would need to rebook an appointment with a private dentist. Surely they knew when I checked in that my dentist had left. They have totally wasted my day and cost me lost earnings after having to rearrange my days off. If they are now private only they should have all NHS signage removed and all funding stopped. I will be looking elsewhere for a dentist now.

Everyone i know that attends blackbrook are still recieving NHS yet me the lowest earner of them all has to pay private, 100 quid for my children to sit in the chair for 3mins each. If they wanted to do it fairly surely they could let all chidren stay on the nhs and let adults pay! Like with anything else when u reach 18 nothing is free.

Friendly hygienist and assistant, comfortable surroundings. Receptionist was very short on check in, not particularly friendly at all.

The dentist took the time to fully explain the work with all the options available, the nurse was also very friendly and helpful It's so nice to have a dentist now that really cares about you, and is passionate about his work . Best experience I have ever had from a dentist. Keep up the good work it does make a huge difference.

The staff are very helpful and the dentists are highly skilled. I highly recommend the practice and would not want to go anywhere else!

The customer service with the reception staff was impeccable and unlike any of my previous experiences in a dental surgery; friendly, kind, funny and so helpful all within the small amount of time I was with there. Before I was sent the survey link I was meaning to find out a way of providing feedback about my experience with the dentist during my check up so I’m glad the request was sent. We felt so cared for and not rushed, it was almost a lovely experience (if you can call it that!) for my son and I. Thank you so much, I’m very grateful and wouldn’t ever change dental practices. You have a great team and should be so proud. I would not hesitate to recommend.
