The dentist, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, was exceptionally thorough during my recent filling procedure. What impressed me the most was the detailed explanation provided at each step of the process. The dentist took the time to ensure I understood what was happening and why, making me feel informed and comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Moreover, they used photos to illustrate the condition of my tooth beneath the surface, giving me a visual understanding of the treatment. I was equally pleased with how they interacted with my children. My kids are usually nervous about dental visits, but the staff at Birchwood went above and beyond to create a child-friendly environment. They were patient, understanding, and took the time to address any fears or concerns my children had. The team's friendly demeanor and gentle approach truly made a difference in alleviating my kids' anxiety about visiting the dentist.

Extremely efficient, caring and professional dental practice...brilliant dentists and assistants...great reception staff. Very relaxing experience due to calm, caring and dedicated staff who work long hours to look after the people of Birchwood. Lucky to have a great dentist close by...tremendous team of hard working professionals.
