Always had a phobia regarding dentist appointments, but attending Birchfield Dental Care in Denny really has helped squash those terrible fears. Extremely professional staff, ever so friendly and from the outset, managed to put my anguish and stress levels to an all time low. The exrays were done with ease and antibiotics were prescribed. On having to return earlier than the next planned visit for necessary root extraction, I was once again, immediately put at ease and reassured. Given a full account of the procedures that would be taking place and also full instructions of the self after care I would need to do. The dentist spoke to me throughout the procedure informing me of what was happening and constantly gave me very comforting assurance. A great practise. Reception staff too, are ever so friendly and have a calming attitude to the patients.

I was always nervous of visiting the dentist, but since going to Birchfield dental practice l can honestly say that concern is no longer a problem. Such kind and caring staff and painless treatment. Excellent service Excellent treatment.
