   My elderly mum went to her first appointment but was unable to find the place she rang and was told it was next to the train station. ( it’s not) so she couldn’t find it and was very upset and my father also came with her and heard the receptionist say it was next to the train station. I rang to ask for the £20 refund this was declined by the rude receptionist who said “ I’d make sure where I was going for an appointment ( sarcastic ly) i then said well my mum is nearly 80 and was with my dad who heard your colleague say it was next to the station and she was unable to give any further details how to get there!! After saying she’ll get the manager to ring me on Monday she rang me back to say she had spoken to her manager and would offer my mum another appointment. My mum has declined as she feels she needs to be able to trust her dentist who are honest and compassionate and she will pay for her costly dental treatment elsewhere.
