Not happy as they have rushed in making me new dentures not bothered never let me look in the mirror sent me home with new dentures in a plastic bag to say they referring me back to birmingham dental hospital as this dentist is not bothered and staff are rude and talk over you and I wouldn't recommend this dentist to any one

Gave me new dentures not been made right never let me look in the mirror and then put my new dentures in a plastic bag staff are rude and the bottom dentures are causing me problems the dentist is not bothered now cause of the rushed dentures I've got to refured back to birmingham dental hospital to correct my bottom dentures

Before my first appointment I’d explained how anxious I am regarding dentists. My dentist here was fantastic, she is reassuring, explains everything and for the first time in years, I came away from my appointment, happy, relaxed and not at all anxious about my next appointment! I am so glad I have changed to this dentist and only wished I could have done it sooner, a big thank you to the team from myself 😁

Been there for an checkup, reception noted and advised to go upstairs and wait. Being there for more than hour no dentist haven’t checked and informed reception then they mentioned mistake happened and ask to go downstairs room and wait for dentist. Overall 1.5 hours wait to see the dentist and paid for the service.
