Welcoming staff Hygienist is very thorough and spends time explaining personalised oral hygiene .Very happy with the dental practice.

I attended this practice for the first time since moving to the area and found all the staff extremely polite, friendly and professional and I received a very thorough examination

I waited a about 15 minutes to be seen noone apologised until I asked why .Dentist experience was not as confident as would have like as on previous occasions.

A very old crown came off whilst flossing. They gave me an emergency appointment the following day to reattach the old crown to protect my tongue. I have an appointment with my usual dentist 2-weeks later who will determine what to do long term.

Every time I visit this practice I see a different dentist. Whist I am happy with the examination, the dentist needs to review my notes every time and asks me the same questions .! It is impossible to build a rapport.

I have been with Billericay Dental Care for several years and have always had an excellent experience. Great receptionist staff, always pleasant and friendly and always had fantastic dental treatment.

For someone who's always apprehensive when visiting the dentist, the friendly staff really helped put me at ease and made my routine 6-monthly check-up more pleasant.

I have MS and so worry about dental visits in case it causes a flare up of my condition. Everyone at Billericay Dental Care is aware and knowledgeable about my ms. I could not hope for better care.
