As someone who has feared the dentist from a young age I can’t rate this practice highly enough. Normally a check up is enough for me to have an excuse not to go! Staff are welcoming, accommodating patient and calm. Dentist was extremely good at explaining everything and even giving me a few tips. You’re so at ease with everything there’s nothing to be fearful of. With the extra tips and knowledge about prevention it makes looking after your teeth easier to manage. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

All staff were very friendly and put one instantly at ease. Extraction was carriedd out in a most reassuring manner. no pain or discomfort and advice given regarding future care was sympathetically given and much appreciated. Altogether an anxiety free experience for which I am verry grateful.

The customer service was very prompt and quite polite. The services are top notch, although quite expensive. The dentist and hygienist payed very close attention to details while checking out my teeth. They also gave good advice and procedures to help prevent future damage to my teeth. Thank you

The new dentist area is spotless and beautiful. I love the access from the Waitrose side that saves me walking all the way round. The receptionist was super friendly, even for an evening appointment. And the hygeniest treated me so kingly, even though I had bad gums and hadn’t been keeping up with my daily oral hygiene so well. It hurt, but she was so kind and talked me through. She gave me great tips to improve and stop the bleeding and even gave me a couple free samples to help me get started, and I have kept up with it for a week now. No improvement yet, but by the time I see her in September I’m hoping my gums and tongue with be much improved. 10/10 stars.

Review titled Biofilm cleanse therapy

I tried out the new biofilm cleanse therapy (bct) instead of the normal scale and polish for a hygienist appointment, and I was very impressed. My hygienist was absolutely lovely, she made me feel comfortable and explained everything. I normally have very sensitive teeth especially around areas of exposed gums/nerves, and I did not feel sensitive at any point during the bct process (whereas I normally get lots during a regular hygienist appt). The bct process is essentially lots of powder and water going onto your teeth, which does not hurt at all, and is definitely less invasive than a hygienist appt. Overall, I came out of the appt feeling cleaner and with a brighter smile. My dentist explained that the bct is less damaging to the teeth as well as it doesn't create micro scratches compared to the regular scale and polish process. I am now converted to bct and will be having these from now on :-)

Mum was seen by the same female dentist she has seen for the last 3 appointments. She was given a sensitive and caring check-up. Helpful advice was offered. There was no pressure to receive additional intervention.

I visited as I had received notification that my appointment for the two days hence needed changing, lo and behold they had had a cancellation and could fit me in within the next 15 minutes. Quick and efficient check over and all done for another six months. Well done.

A lovely, warm welcome from everyone. The dentist put my 10 year-old at ease and offered lots of great practical advice and support. Would recommend to anyone.

I found it a friendly, helpful experience with an excellent approach to dental care offering me treatment options or simply monitoring of aging teeth. As a minor criticism I found the background noise of air conditioning and music in the waiting area irritating.
