This sites states accepting new patients. Currently has over 2000 people on a waiting list for NHS registration. No point in calling.

Thank you for your review. Our NHS profile has to show as accepting new NHS patients even though we have a waiting list as it is a stipulation in our contract. Unfortunately there is no where on the website for us to add the information about our waiting list. We are aware this causes some confusion but we are unable to change this.

I've been coming to this dentist all my life, the staff are brilliant and put you at ease. They try to accommodate as best as they can and are really respectful, personable and professional at all times.

My wife and I have been patients at this practice for many years and over that time the treatment we have received has been of a consistently high standard. The kindness and caring attitude of the dental team should also be noted. The reception staff are always helpful and friendly plus the overall ambience of the practice is one of calm and relaxation, a vital element for the comfort of the patient. The efficient management should also be noted which is vital for a dental practice to succeed and perform at the highest level which the Bigby street practice most definitely does.
