I have used this practice for the last 2 years the last 2 times I have needed fillings and all they did is the first time rush me in and out and just wanted me to sign obviously they was in a rush. Last time I waited 40 minutes after my oppointment time I requested somebody else thinking I would get a better service still over looked the fact I needed a filling. This dentist is about the funding no care for the customer or there needs.

I was referred here recently by my own dentist to have tooth roots removed after an unsuccessful extraction. The practice got me in quickly. I am very nervous but they looked after me very well. All the dentists I saw were professional and friendly. My root removal was done expertly and with a lot less stress and pain than expected. Can't recommend highly enough. Five star!

I have struggled to find a nhs dentist for many years. I contacted Bhandal and the lady on reception was nice enough to register me over the phone as I live over 2 hours away. I was given an appointment the following day and was seen by Dr Mudhar who was very attentive and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend.

I've been going to this dentist for 10 years. My entire family go there. I last visited in 2018 which was an emergency appointment, due to wisdom teeth pain. The dentist was great and sorted it. I didn't feel the need to go again so left it for the usual 2 years in between appointments. When I was due to make an appointment, the pandemic hit, and the dentists were only taking emergency appointments. As I was not in pain, I didn't make any appointments and waited for them to be available again. 2 years later, in 2022, I rang to make an appointment, but did not rush as thought it was best to allow other priorities, such as young children and the elderly to have the first set of appointments, once they had reopened. When I got through to make an appointment, they refused me, saying I had been removed from their list, due to not visiting since 2016. After a long conversation, where they agreed, I had been in in 2018, they still insisted that I should be removed as I had not visited as a "normal" patient since 2016. The dentist was still refusing to allow me to be a patient and I'm disgusted that I am being penalised for a national pandemic and not being able to visit when they were not open. I thought dentists had a duty of care and after hiding behind a desk for 2 years during the pandemic, whilst some of us worked on the front line throughout, I am disgusted that this is the stance that they are taking.

I was informed that i was registered with this dental practice so i telephoned for an appointment to be informed that they had failed to register me and there were no more NHS places. I informed them that i was in pain and needed to see a dentist, however they said that they had failed to register me and based on that they would be refusing me any treatment. It is clear that this practice cannot be trusted
