I’ve used this practice many times and always found them quite rude, but this time was the icing on the cake. I have excruciating wisdom tooth pain as it gets stuck in my jaw, as my jaw is not wide enough for it to grow through. When I called to ask for an appointment as this is an emergency, the cold receptionist was so unhelpful and uncaring and gave me an appointment in 10 days time. She had no sense of empathy and the service was just disgusting. My toothache has now gotten so excruciatingly painful that I’ve had to contact emergency services. Hire new receptionists. Disgusting!

My son's had an appointment today at 11.50 which I booked for him a good few weeks ago. We didn't get seen till 12.55 my child gets very anxious coming to the dentist he is also autistic and making him wait over an hour to be seen is unacceptable. It was not busy at all so there is no excuse making my 9 year old child wait for that period of time.

Emergency visit in same day and got there 4.05 out at 4.35 with tooth gone and after the jabs worn off no pain at all such caring people thank you

I got an emergency appointment the next day. The reception staff were very polite. The premises was immaculate with the most up to date tech. Excellent consultation with a dentist who was so helpful and caring. 10/10

I have to be honest I was unbelievably nervous before I went in. dentist was very firm with me to start with to the point I was almost offended. once procedure started, he literally took my wisdom tooth out in 2 minutes. no pain no stress. he apologised after for being so firm and said if he hadn't I'd have probably sat in the corner or ran away lol. he was right. amazing dentist absolute professional. highly recommended for extractions

I am so impressed with this practice. I have had five appointments in recent years including an emergency appointment yesterday. All the staff are very efficient but also very kindly and helpful. The dentists that I have seen have been so professional and yet patient and thoughtful. I do recommend this practice to everyone. You won't find better!
