I had just been reading the reviews and noticed that someone mentioned they couldn't get through. I too have had a similar experience. My crown's fallen off and I can't get through either.

The dentist who did the work on my teeth was lovely so were the staff.. But... I've been trying to get hold of them by phone, email and messages on the website but have has no reply. The phone rings then asked me to leave a message as the practice is closed and soesnt open until 9am till 6pm Monday to Thursday and on Fridays open till 5pm I've rang so many times with no answer and sometimes it goes to bt call minder.ive had no reply to the message and no reply on tge tge Web or email...im wondering if they have gone out of business as I'll need to ring the 111 as I'm in so much pain as I've lost a filling and part of my tooth, and two more fillings on other teeth which is making my tongue very sore...I don't know what to do.

I hadnt been to the dentist in ages and needed some urgent work done From getting an appointment to the work being finished took under 2 weeks i can smile again :))) very friendly staff and very efficient

I broke a tooth earlier in the week and the pain made me book an appointment to have it fixed, or taken out. I was assured immediately that the tooth didn't need removing. Obviously the work done to fix my tooth hurt rather a lot but the dentist did an amazing job. It was also done the day after I phoned to make an appointment. No complaints from me.

The best dentist in Worcester. A very friendly team, a warm welcome, and you leave feeling like your teeth are being well looked after. I highly recommend joining this practice if you can.

They cancelled my appointment for the 6th October 2022 by text and asked me to contact them to rebook an appointment on the number sent with the text. Ringing twice sometime 3/4 times daily since the text around lunchtime and 1000 am and it continues to ring to the answerphone that says the practice is closed, please call back during our opening hours. Have you gone out of business or are your openings hours not the the ones stated on your website and answerphone? What do I have to do to rebook an appointment that you cancelled?

Rang to make a NHS appointment (28/06/2022) and was met abruptly by a very unhelpful receptionist with attitute, who informed me that they are no longer taking on NHS patients DESPITE this website saying they do (note this webpage was updated 20/06/2022). Disgraceful and quite frankly off-putting.
