    I visited the Dentist this morning, for an extraction, 2 fillings and a scrape and polish. To say I am petrified of the Dentist is an understatement. This Dentist was superb at putting me at ease, explaining what would be happening, didn’t mind me asking questions and I can assure you I asked loads. The whole process was excellent and pain free. I just cannot thank them enough for looking after me Also a big thank you to his lovely assistant you were fabulous too.

    Although on the list this practice is taking on new NHS patients, they are not. Last August (2022) I called as they were recommended and we were having trouble with our current dentist continually cancelling appointments only to be answered by a rude person who shouted at me that they are not taking on patients and slammed the phone down. As we have now been notified that our dentists will be shortly closing, I used the NHS list, which said Bhandal Perton are again taking on patients. The person was much pleasanter, but informed me that they haven't taken on new patients in months and only have one dentist at the practice who only works on Mondays and Tuesdays. The list needs to be updated.
