This may sound like a cliche but Battersea Orthodontics literally gave me a beautiful smile. As a teenager I was regularly mocked by my contemporaries and adults for having misaligned teeth and this took a massive toll on my confidence. Unfortunately I then received inadequate orthodontic treatment as a teenager that aesthetically made a difference to my appearance but did not address my underlying dental problems. Throughout my adolescence and early adulthood I was always too ashamed to show my teeth so tended to cover my mouth with my hand whenever I laughed. Then one day in the office I was eating a tuna baguette during my lunch break and my original retainer wire broke. I went from dentist to orthodontist to dentist to seek help but they were all unable to take on my case. Then fate intervened and a receptionist at one of these facilities, whispered “Go to Battersea Orthodontics”, and gave me the address of the practice. Going to Battersea Orthodontics was a game changer, my Orthodontist was warm, honest, direct and I appreciated the holistic approach he took to my treatment. It wasn’t just about straightening my teeth but it was also about getting my confidence back. I trusted him from the outset which isn’t common for me. My orthodontic case was a complicated one due to a variety of reasons but my Orthodontist never gave up on me, he always found a way forward. At the beginning of my treatment I doubted that anyone could help me but over a period of two years I started to see my teeth and face change, what particularly surprised me was how other people reacted when they saw me. When my treatment was complete, I started to regularly get complimented on my smile and I now laugh without covering my mouth. I felt like a nobody when I was a teenager partly because of my teeth but with the help of my Orthodontist I have been able to bury those ghosts and have become somebody I really like. I couldn’t recommend Battersea Orthodontics enough, and my Orthodontist is a pure genius in his field as well as being really funny. Thank you Battersea Orthodontics for everything. x

Excellent service, all information was explained to me very well about my kids treatment that was going to be needed. It was quite a lot and sound very scary. I was reassured that all will be ok with the kids. As a mum it's not easy to take in but I was glad something was going to be done with a satisfying and continueous process. I was well pleased with my first visit. The kids was also please knowing they had it all explain to them and the process they had to go through and was told the result in the end will be great. I will highly recommended practice and the service given.

My youngest recently completed their treatment at this practice and we have been incredibly impressed. They had a particularly challenging situation and the orthodontists here were kind and thorough as well as being honest and direct with me. I absolutely trust them to work in the very best interests of the child and we are incredibly grateful.

My daughter has just completed her treatment with the Orthodontist Practice Battersea. The skill and care of the whole team is exceptional and the results transformative . From the initial consultation to completion of treatment my daughter received the kindest and most professional attention. As an NHS dental provider,they are in my opinion, exemplary.

Braces fitted for over 2.5 years, just removed and teeth are perfect. The process from start to finish was very smooth, all was explained and the regular checkups were issue free. The initial removal of four, perfectly healthy teeth was required to enable alignment and reduce crowding. The truth is, there were doubts at the beginning for the need to do this but the orthodontist knew exactly what they are doing. The final result showed that their experience, and the level of trust is not to be underestimated and without doubt, highly recommend their advice and service. The journey may seem daunting at the beginning but it is totally worthwhile, persevere and the results will be amazing

Where to start? I was originally registered with this orthodontist over a decade ago when I was in secondary school in 2015. I was referred there by my dentist as I had teeth that were misplaced and gaps all over. They assured me that I would leave with a Hollywood smile and 2 years later they did not LIE! The work they done on me without needing to take any teeth out, no gum contouring was crazy. Just pure talent. As life goes we get into bad habits of not wearing your retainers or losing them and not getting a replacements. You convince yourself that the Hollywood smile will stay with you for life but we all know it’s far from reality. Maintenance is key!!! A decade later in 2024, my teeth had relapsed and expanded. In this modern day it’s so easy to fall for the idea of the turkey teeth or wanting to get veneers but I thought I’d try Invisalign first so booked myself an appointment to be seen by the same person who 10 years later was still at the practice. Was an amazing feeling to be in great hands again. After my appointment they advised me that I would not need Invisalign, if I just trust their plan in getting me to wear traditional braces again they could have my smile intact in less than 4 months. I wondered to myself 4 months? Is it really possible? At this age, will I look good in them? And this time round I had to cover all costs myself as I’m over 18 so NHS won’t cover my procedure. My choices were: either I pay double the price and get the invisible plastic or I trust them and pay half the price and get it done in just 4 months. Because of my previous experience with them I gave in and man!! do I not regret it one bit! My braces were taken off in February exactly 4 months after my initial appointment (October 2023). My confidence was back like never before. I truly believe the people that work here are honest with their work, they don’t work to steal your money. They are truly qualified in what they do. Absolutely amazing team, they offer payment plans for anyone who isn’t comfortable with paying in full. I wish I could give the person a special shout out on here but their work speaks for itself. Thank you to everyone at practice, would truly recommend !!!!

Started a few years ago with braces and then elastics. The process was really good it took me about 18 months. I now have a perfect smile thanks to the amazing staff at Battersea Orthodontics who were very professional and answered all my queries
