The practice was lovely and clean and modern looking and the lady that I had my air abrasions treatment with is so lovely I have honestly left feeling so much better about my teeth and she gave me brilliant advice on how to improve my teeth I didn’t feel judged and I honestly can’t thank her enough will defo be returning

The receptionist was so helpful in answering all my emails and gave me a last minute cancellation when I needed to see the dentist urgently. I was so happy that my dentist managed to do the dental work in the same appointment. Very good practice.

All staff were extremely polite and courteous, very friendly and helpful ,hygienist gave excellent advice on cleaning dentist was excellent

Visited the hygienist for a clean, very pleasant hygienist, teeth feel great and look much better. Would recommend this treatment to others.

Having been deregistered by my dentist without warning Bassett Dental practice was able to offer an appointment within a few weeks. From receptionist to dentist and assistant I was welcomed to the practice on arrival and received prompt treatment.

Very patient and kind approach. Lots of education. The expert went through brushing and mouth hygiene and was very careful in her approach.

Dentist and nurse were both very patient and calm with me despite my chronic phobia and subsequent panic attack. I felt supported during my appointment.

I was treated very courteously,had my questions answered, was seen on time by both the dentist and hygienist and did not need any ongoing treatment which is always a bonus.
