I'm usually quite scared of the dentist and having not been for a few years I was quite nervous. My dentist put me at ease and didn't judge me for not keeping up with making appointments. Nobody likes having dental work done but everyone was so nice that it makes it much easier to keep going back when I need to.

Bank house dental practice are an excellent practice all round. Always have appointments, reception team are amazing and the dentist are brilliant. Couldn't recommend enough!

Such a kind caring practice. Was a mix up with my appointments yet they still managed to fit me in. Gave me a clear plan as to what the work I need doing. Just a brilliant dentist

Following on from a major tooth problem, I approached Bank House and asked for their help. I was given a very quick appointment and the assessment was thorough and detailed. I was given treatment very quickly and I can honestly say that everything about my experience was excellent. I realise I can’t mention individual names however the Dentist I saw was amazing.

I am so nervous when visiting the dentist usually. Having moved from Devon practise (who knew me so well and I had been with for years), moving to Chester 2.5 years ago I struggled to find a dentist that would take on new patients since COVID. I am so glad that I found this gem of a practise. I went out with a smile and feeling so at ease. Lovely dentist and lovely practise. The initial (downstairs receptionist) was super amazing and really put me at ease, and then the dentist was so lovely I did t even get stressed. Can’t recommend them enough

I had a lot of issues during lockdown with my teeth, and couldn’t find an NHS dentist to take me on. I am extremely phobic and anxious about dentists , but decided to brave it out of desperation. I can’t rate this practice highly enough. I went in with my anxiety levels through the roof. Every single member of staff were so friendly. The dentist I saw put me at ease , and was so caring and non judgmental. I came out really happy about being taken on by the practice. This is how all dentists should care for their patients. Anybody with a fear of dentists should go here!
